Hemp has its place in human history from 800 B. C. China to the present day. Sails and rope for ships were made from it. The Declaration of Independence was written on hemp paper.

The cloth made from hemp is superior to other textiles in every way; from less water and land to grow the plant to more UV protection in lighter fabrics.

This film shows that in the 1930s there was a huge breakthrough in hemp processing technology.

Edison, Ford, George Washington Carver were all for hemp cultivation.
