A return of the urban riots of the 60s?
In the 1960s, urban America burned from coast to coast from Watts to Newark.
Some of those areas still have completely recovered from the devastation.
It's been a long time since we've seen this kind of rioting in the US, but as the economy continues to deteriorate particularly in inner city neighborhoods, the same kind of conditions that prevailed in the US 50 years ago, may be ripe for happening again.
And where are the police?
