Lying prosecutors
Two years in prison - and a federal judge just threw the Bundy family case out.
Why?
U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro cited "flagrant prosecutorial misconduct"
She added: “Either the government lied or [it’s actions were] so grossly negligent as to be tantamount to lying."
What did the prosecutors lie about?
They failed to disclose evidence they had to the defense.
What evidence?
