I'd call it the scam of the century, but there's just too much competition.
If you left a barrel of some of its ingredients by the side of a the road, you'd be arrested and jailed for illegal disposal of toxic waste. And you should be.
But the criminals at Proctor & Gamble had a clever idea.
They packaged it as an "air freshener" and now its being used everywhere and sprayed on everything.
