That's exactly what the Pentagon does.

They haven't been audited for TWENTY YEARS.

They are the only government agency to get away with this.

And - get this - they have refused past calls for an audit, and now they say they will finally be ready for an audit in 2017.

2017.

I wonder what they are trying to cover up before then?
