There are supposed to be CHARGES in order for you to be detained or arrested.

Those charges are supposed to be based on EVIDENCE.

But the Presidential Decree said basically this:

If we decide that you are supporting someone we don't like, we can hold you forever without charges and without legal representation and put you in a military prison here or overseas.

A court just said "no" to that tyrannical bullshit.

Let's see what the news media does with this (so far, very little) and let's see how hard the government gangsters work to undo the judgement.
