It could just be an arrogant boast, but a member of the Saudi royal family said it's paying 20% of Hillary's campaign bills.

It's illegal, you know.

But Clinton is not the first presidential candidate to receive money from overseas donors.

Reagan received contributions from Guatemalan generals during his 1980 campaign. Reagan paid them back by turning a blind eye to one of the biggest mass genocides of the last several decades: the wholesale murder of many tens of thousands of indigenous Guatemalans.

Why were these innocent people attacked?
