Were the residents in the house framed?

Imagine the insanity of firebombing one house in a densely populated area of wooden homes?

Well, that's what the Philadelphia police did on May 13, 1985 - and they succeeded in burning down approximately 60 homes.

You can look at it as a warm up for Waco which occurred seven years later.

Parallels:

1. Police could have easily arrested the people they were looking for in other ways without mounting a raid on the building

2. Police claimed they were fired at during the stand off - and that claim is in dispute

3. Survivors claims that police fired on people trying to escape the burning house. We know that that happened in Waco.
