Abby Martin and Sam Sacks talk about "The Rebels" that Obama is now openly arming in Syria.

The who?

Isn't that a tad bit vague?

First, why are we arming rebels in someone else's country? Is that something we'd like other countries to do here? I mean think how outrageous that is on the face of it.

Second, who exactly are these rebels?

Are they criminals like the rebels we armed in Kosovo? Are they drug growers and dealers like the warlords we back in Afghanistan - and during the Vietnam War? Are they violent fanatics posing as devout Muslims like the murderers we backed in the 1980s?

Inquiring minds want to know.
