Answer: No one.

Germany, Russia and the Middle East were targeted by US industrialists for political take over.

The method was simple: Find an extremist group that will play ball and back them to the hilt, giving them whatever they need to destabilize and take over the target country.

In Russia, it was the Bolsheviks who were favored. They in fact gave raw material monopolies to US bankers and in return US industrialists provided them with equipment.

The German story is well known. Ford. GM, Standard Oil and many other large US corporations poured billions into Nazi Germany while at the very same time the US was starved for capital (the 1930s)

Not as well known is the situation in Saudi Arabia. "Saud" is a family name like Smith and the Arabian peninsula was given to the House of Saud in exchange for them being cooperative in all matters related to oil.

The Sauds also happen to be the biggest funders of crazies in the Middle East.
