Our fearless leaders may be clueless, but engineers and inventors are still leading the way.
Can you take a commercial passenger flight via a solar powered air liner? Of course not and that may not (probably will not) ever happen, but that's not the point.
Clearly, we can be using solar a lot more than we are. It's not the total solution, but it's a partial solution and a partial solution is better than no solution.
