At this Chicago prison facility, prisoners are beaten by police, left out of the official booking database so they cannot be found, shackled and kept from their attorneys.

Basic constitutional rights are obviously being denied here, and it goes to show what the new politics of the "War on Terror" has done.

It's time we play very close attention to how the executive branch is operating in this country. They're not just torturing and committing institutionalized crime overseas anymore.
