Monsanto patents genetically modified seeds which are often regarded as unhealthy alternatives to organic farming.

But the very prevalence of these seeds threatens contamination of organic farming institutions.

Big industry agriculture threatens small, quality farming in more ways than one: biologically, economically, culturally and more.
