The EPA - the people who are supposed to protect the environment - are permitting frackers to dump billions of gallons of chemicals in the Pacfici Ocean off of Santa Barbara.
But of course, frackers don't have to disclose what's in the chemicals that are in the fluids they use.
This toxic waste dumping program has been going on for decades.
(I wish this reporter were better informed. It would have been better to have the actual environmentalists on to explain what's going on.)
