Madeleine Albright, Secretary of State under President Bill Clinton, goes down in infamy not only for admitting that 500,000 innocent children were starved by sanctions on Iraq but also for saying she was fine with it. Her notorious answer was later repeated by Bill Richardson, who has now been tapped to serve under Obama.
