First, it's a vast "make work" project for social psychologists and diversity/equality specialists.

Here's what it boils down to:

"We all have to be equal"

Equal in opportunity, yes. Equally entitled to dignified treatment, or course.

But equality in outcome? How is that even possible?

But now, it's not only possible, it's mandatory.
