Slavery continues in the world today in a very unexpected place.

The production of chocolate or more precisely the production of the cacao bean.

One of the big offenders is Nestle - the same company that persuades poor women to give up breast feeding and rely on their crap infant formula, the same company whose CEO has said "water is not a right."

What's the solution? Boycott and if you really have to have it, there are Fair Trade sources where companies that give a damn take care to make sure the families involved are paid a fair wage.
