Here presidential candidate Ron Paul - twenty years ago - tries to rationally discuss US drug laws. Laws which have done nothing but support the illegal drug trade on one side and a massive police state on the other.
As happens today, Paul's unorthodox position is shouted down by the ignorant and those with vested interests in seeing the drug trade continue.
