Weather and earthquake weapons

In August of 2001, FEMA announced that the three gravest threats to the US were:

1. A terrorist attack on NYC

2. A super-strength hurricane hitting New Orleans

3. A major earthquake in California

From the Los Angeles Times:

"U.S. Geological Survey seismologist Lucy Jones remembers attending an emergency training session in August 2001 with the Federal Emergency Management Agency that discussed the three most likely catastrophes to strike the United States.

First on the list was a terrorist attack in New York. Second was a super-strength hurricane hitting New Orleans. Third was a major earthquake on the San Andreas fault."

It's pretty obvious that only the US military had the ability to turn off US air defense on 9/11 and obscure the reality of the attack on the Pentagon.

Apparently, the US military-industrial complex also has the capacity to:

1. Create hurricanes

2. Trigger earthquakes

Interesting report in the Galveston Daily News on the recent hurricane in the Gulf, Humberto (9/13/07):

"Humberto made history Thursday as the fastest hurricane to develop from a tropical depression to a Category 1 storm and make landfall, according to the National Hurricane Center.

Experts agree Humberto’s rapid intensification from tropical depression to hurricane in less than 18 hours was unusual...

Three other storms have grown from depression to hurricane in 18 hours — Blanche in 1969, Harvey in 1981 and Alberto in 1982 — but all were out at sea, according to Associated Press reports..."

There has been no scientific explanation put forward yet as to why this hurricane behaved so strangely.
