The Iraq disaster is not the first time, "regime change" has backfired on the US and resulted in catastrophe for hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians.
Here's a history of post-World War II regime change in Iran, Guatemala, Vietnam and Chile.
Every one of these actions was a violation of the Constitution and the UN Charter.
Little has changed since, just the names...
National Security has become Homeland Security...The War against Communism has becme the War on Terror...The George Bush Moyers refers to in this video is George Bush Jr's father.
